Foundation plan of study

The AMBS–Great Plains Extension offers a foundational plan of study with 27 credit hours, which can be completed entirely at the extension site in central Kansas. This foundation plan of study is a variation of the AMBS Certificate in Theological Studies. It consists of the foundational courses required by the Western District and South Central conferences of Mennonite Church USA for ordination in those conferences.

See more information about AMBS–Great Plains.

To receive this certificate, a student completes a minimum of 27 credit hours. These courses are similar to courses offered on the AMBS Elkhart campus. Course credits may apply toward a degree-granting program of study in the future. For detailed information, please see the AMBS Catalog, page 69.
