Alumni Ministry and Service Award recipients
These graduates of AMBS and its two predecessor schools, Goshen Biblical Seminary and Mennonite Biblical Seminary, have received the Alumni Ministry and Service Award. This award recognizes outstanding service to the church or long-term ministry over many years.
The recipient of the 2011 award is David L. Habegger, now living in North Newton, Kan. David has contributed to the church through congregational and conference ministry, denominational service and even seminary recruitment. His was an early proponent of integration of the General Conference Mennonite Church and the (old) Mennonite Church and he's been a pioneer in other areas of ministry as well.
