Fees and cancellations
Textbooks: A required resource packet will be sold at the seminar for $25-$30. Other materials are the responsibility of the participant.
Meals: Participants are responsible for providing their own meals. Lunch is available Monday through Thursday in the AMBS dining hall for $6 when AMBS classes are in session.
Lodging: Participants are responsible to arrange their own lodging, if necessary, during SGS sessions. Lodging at AMBS guest houses may be available. Reservations can be made by contacting Judy Yoder, director of housing, at 574-295-3726, ext. 0, or email@example.com.
AMBS reserves the right to cancel the seminar due to insufficient registration. In the event of cancellation deposits will be fully refunded. A decision will be made on or before August 31.
A cancellation received prior to a specified date will be granted a refund of any amount paid above the $600 non-refundable deposit.
A cancellation received after the specified date will receive no refund.
