Mennonite Historical Library
at Goshen College
Search the Goshen College catalog to locate materials in the Mennonite Historical Library at Goshen College.  This is the most complete collection of Mennonite and Anabaptist materials in the world.  AMBS Library card holders may go to the Mennonite Historical Library and check out materials.  MHL books which are requested at AMBS will be delivered to the AMBS Library.  All books being returned to the MHL may be left at the AMBS Library Circulation window.
Bethel College Library and Mennonite Library and Archives This Kansas library has a rich collection of Mennonite and Anabaptist materials.  Students enrolled in the AMBS-Great Plains courses may check out materials from these libraries.
Conference Resource Library Central Kansas residents may wish to check the holdings of this North Newton collection which is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Books and other materials may be checked out by any member of a Western District, Mountain States or South Central Conference church.
Mennonite Historical Libraries and Archives This page on MennoLink lists dozens of libraries and archives in North America.  Most have at least a basic collection of Anabaptist materials.  Some have online catalogs which can be searched remotely. 
WorldCat This catalog includes materials in libraries around the world including the libraries at Mennonite colleges and universities in North America.   Searches for specialized materials may be done here.  These items may be requested though the interlibrary loan service of your local library.

Classic Anabaptist texts may be read online.  These include The Martyr's Mirror, The Complete Writings of Menno Simons, Peter Riedemann's Hutterite Confession of Faith and Spritual Life in Anabaptism. Twentieth century writings include The Anabaptist Vision, Becoming Anabaptist, Anabaptism Revisited and An Introduction to Mennonite HistoryTitles from Herald Press include Anabaptist history resources.

To access the NetLibrary site, use an AMBS computer to go to www.netlibrary.com and create your own account.   This username and password may then be used at any computer connected to the Internet.  Distance students will receive a username and password from the AMBS Library staff.  More about the NetLibrary service.

The Anabaptist Vision
by Harold S. Bender
Originally a presidential address presented to the American Society of Church History, this classic text was published in booklet format by Herald Press in 1944.  Later writings on the contemporary significance of the Anabaptist Vision as presented by the Mennonite Historical Committee.
Anabaptist Primary Documents The Anabaptist Network of Great Britain provides the full text of writings by early Anabaptists including Dirk Philips, Pilgram Marpeck and Conrad Grebel.
