in Elkhart, Indiana. My wife, Rachel A. Johns, a certified nurse-midwife, works
for Fairhaven Obstetrics and Gynecology, Inc., in

two daughters, Kendra Nickel, married to Kevin Nickel, and Jessica Mast,
married to Justin Mast). Jessica and Justin live and work in Aurora, Colorado,
with their sons, Benjamin and Philip. Kendra and Kevin live in Bluffton, Ohio,
with their daughter, Eliott, and their son, Ethan.
