ASGS fees and payment policy

Fees

Seminar: $975

Textbooks: Participants are required to cover the purchase of textbooks and other mandatory resources.

Meals: Participants are responsible for providing their own meals. Lunch is available on weekdays in the AMBS dining hall for $5 when AMBS classes are in session.

Lodging: Participants are responsible to arrange their own lodging, if necessary, during ASGS gatherings. Lodging at AMBS guest houses costs $50/person/night and is available on a first come, first serve basis. A continental breakfast is available for an additional $4/night. Reservations can be made by contacting Judy Yoder, director of housing, at 574-295-3726 or jgyoder@ambs.edu.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due by Friday, July 31, 2009. The remaining $475 balance is due by Friday, September 4, 2009.

Advanced Spiritual Guidance Seminar is limited to ten participants. An applicant is not assured participation in the seminar until their application has been approved and their non-refundable deposit has been paid.

Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to Friday, July 31 will be granted a refund of any amounted paid above the $500 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations received after Friday, July 31 will receive no refund.
