Leadership Clinics
Leadership Clinics are day-long events that focus on topics related to leadership within the church. All clinics are held the Monday of Pastors Week. While many Leadership Clinic participants also choose to attend Pastors Week, it is possible to register and attend each event seperately.

Transitions: The congregation as ecology of care
Life transitions sometimes spark crises for individuals and congregational systems, leaving destructive behaviors in their wake. This daylong workshop explores how pastors can walk with members and congregations who are in transition in ways that are healthy and transformative. Presenters will pay special attention to psychological understandings of “transitions,” theological reflection on the issue, appropriate pastoral responses, effects of transitions on congregational dynamics, and related available resources. This wokshop is part of the Extreme Situations in the Congregation: A Pastoral Care Continuing Education Series. Click here to see a schedule and read more about this event.
Presenters
Nancy Kauffmann, D. Min., conference regional minister, Indiana-Michigan Conference

Take our moments and our days
This daylong workshop will introduce the two-volume Anabaptist prayer book and explore ways to use it in congregational life. We will hear from groups that have prayed these prayers (bring your stories!) and will practice adapting services for various settings, including youth groups, groups for whom literacy is a barrier, and multicultural groups.
