Missy Kauffman Schrock serves as director of development for Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, a position she has held since 2010.

Prior to coming to AMBS, Missy was manager of the Depot MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) Thrift Shops in Goshen for five years and manager of the Et Cetera Shop and Ten Thousand Villages store in Bluffton, Ohio, for five years. She earned a B.S. in Christian Ministries from Eastern Mennonite University and has studied at AMBS.

As director of development, Missy manages the planning and work of the seminary development office, with primary focus on raising funds for the annual operational budget and promoting strong church-seminary relations.

Missy is married to John Schrock and they have two children.
