Vision: A Journal for Church and Theology is published twice a year to encourage theological reflection on the identity, mission and practices of the church. It focuses on these issues from an Anabaptist-Mennonite perspective.
The journal is published by the Institute of Mennonite Studies at Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary and the Institute for Theology and the Church at Canadian Mennonite University, Winnipeg, Man.
You can visit Vision's website at www.MennoVision.org
Fall issue: Peace
- current understandings of the biblical basis for peacemaking,
- recent expressions of peacemaking in which Mennonites have been deeply engaged (restorative justice, conflict transformation),
- new opportunities and challenges for Christian peacemakers (engagement with returning veterans, nonviolence in relation to non-human animals),
- how and why commitment to peace draws some people into the Mennonite church.
