Housing fees

Rent for campus housing varies according to the size of the unit, whether or not it is furnished, whether or not the rentor pays utilities separately, and how many people the unit accomodates.

Housing for a single person living alone ranges between $422 and $475.

For an individual sharing an apartment with one or two others, rental fees range between $278 and $330 per month.

For a couple or family, rental fees range between $560 and $935 per month for units that have one to five bedrooms.

When you apply for financial aid at AMBS, your housing fees will be taken into consideration. For a worksheet showing estimated costs, see the Financial Aid application.

Short-term housing, such as for interterm and summer school, is $100 per person per week, $170 per couple per week and $235 per family per week.

Guest lodging in guesthouses is $50 per person per night or $75 per married couple per night.
