Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary (AMBS) seeks candidates for President. The ideal candidate will be energized by the call to lead the institution toward a thriving future in a changing, complex and competitive higher education environment. The next president will give innovative, strategic leadership to the seminary’s vision to become an Anabaptist learning community that makes theological education accessible to and welcoming of Christians of increasingly diverse traditions, ethnicities and races to reflect more fully God’s purposes of unity and justice. The next president will be committed to the Anabaptist Christian faith, will embody the core values of the seminary and will have substantial experience in the following areas: faith, theological education, passion, executive leadership, collaboration, administration, diversity, communication, advancement, and church leadership.
