Discounts for online courses at AMBS

Online students can receive special financial aid equal to half the tuition when they fit one of the two groups described below.

Non-admitted, first-time students

Any individual will receive a 50% discount when taking a first online course if he or she has not previously taken a course at AMBS and is not admitted to, is not enrolled in and has not graduated from another graduate theological program. These students must submit transcripts from previous study. It is expected that students will have a bachelor's degree, but students without a bachelor's degree may be admitted. Registration and online course application fees are waived; the student services fee applies.

Conrad Grebel University College & Canadian Mennonite University students

Students enrolled in masters-level programs at these two institutions will receive a 50% discount for all online AMBS courses they take. These students must show proof of enrollment in the form of a letter of standing from their school. AMBS application and first-time registration fees will be waived; the student services fee applies.

Voluntary Service Discount

Current Mennonite Voluntary Service participants may qualify to receive a 75% discount on their first AMBS course. The participant must be a non-admitted student who has earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.

Students wishing to receive this benefit should register using the one-course online registration form. Select the appropriate student type ( "non-admitted, first-course student," "CMU student" or "Conrad Grebel student") and course type ("online").

First-time online students and CMU students: Pay applicable tuition and fees. This can be done securely online with a credit card. Or the student can send check or money order payable to AMBS with a copy of the registration form to AMBS. Enrollment will be processed after payment is received.

CGUC students: AMBS will arrange with Conrad Grebel University College for tuition to be paid.
