2020 Registration Discounts and Fees

Registration is limited to the first 200 paid registrants. Registration ends Feb. 17, 2020.

You must register by the Feb. 17, 2020, final registration date.

Discounts! Save money!

  • First-time attender’s discount: If this is your first time at a AMBS Pastors and Leaders conference (formerly Pastors Week), not including times you attended as a full-time AMBS student, you are eligible for a 25% registration discount. (Not applicable with other discounts.)
  • Shoulder-tapping discount: Bring a friend who has never attended an AMBS Pastors and Leaders conference and receive a 25% registration discount. (Not applicable with other discounts.)
  • Scholarship: A portion of the registration fee may be waived by AMBS for those who need financial assistance. Include with your registration form a paragraph explaining your need. Meals, housing and transportation are the responsibility of the registrant. Deadline: February 10, 2020.

  • Lunch $8 (Monday-Thursday)
  • Monday evening pizza supper $8
  • Wednesday banquet $15

Transportation

Transportation requests must be made by February 14, 2020.

  • South Bend Airport (to or from AMBS): $50
  • Elkhart Amtrak (to or from AMBS): $17

Before February 10, transportation is refundable, less $25. After February 10, transportation is non-refundable. Cancellations after February 10 due to emergencies related to pastoral ministry assignments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Before February 10, campus lodging is refundable, less $25. After February 10 campus lodging is non-refundable. Cancellations after February 10 due to emergencies related to pastoral ministry assignments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Before February 10, 2020, cancellation of registration fees will be refunded, less $25. After this date, cancellations will be granted credit, less $25, towards Pastors and Leaders 2021. Refund credits must be requested within 24 hours of the event.

Meals are non-refundable.  

Before February 10, campus lodging is refundable, less $25. After February 10, campus lodging is non-refundable. Cancellations after February 10, due to emergencies related to pastoral ministry assignments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 

Before February 10, transportation is refundable, less $25. After February 10, transportation is non-refundable. Cancellations after February 10, due to emergencies related to pastoral ministry assignments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
