More about Dr. Boyd

Greg Boyd, PhD,  is cofounder of Woodland Hills Church in St. Paul, Minn., where he serves as senior pastor. He also is president of, where believers and skeptics alike ask tough questions and consider a renewed picture of God. He has authored or coauthored 18 books, including the best-selling and award-winning Letters from a Skeptic (David C. Cook, 1994). His most recent books are The Myth of a Christian Religion: Losing Your Religion for the Beauty of a Revolution (Zondervan, 2009), Present Perfect: Finding God in the Now (Zondervan, 2010), and Benefit of the Doubt: Breaking the Idol of Certainty (Baker Books, 2013). He received his PhD from Princeton Theological Seminary (summa cum laude 1988), his MDiv from Yale Divinity School (cum laude 1982), and his BA in philosophy from the University of Minnesota (1979).
